We conduct validation and invalidation searches by utilizing a unique search model to uncover relevant prior art regarding either patent literature or non-patent literature before the first filing date of the patent application.  We use a claim chart where the claim is analyzed by comparing each element of the claim with the closest prior art when validating patent claims.
